Making Paper from Woodchips

Do you have any paper in your bag?

It may seem like a silly question but do you know how to make paper?

What is paper made of ?  Right.

Paper we use is made generally made of wood or wood fibers rather than mixed with chemicals as fillers and reinforcing paper. Wood used in Indonesia are generally kind of Acacia, Papyrus, Mulberry. Eucalyptus seed. This type of short-fiber wood so that the paper becomes brittle. In the paper making machine (paper machine), wood fiber is mixed with long fibrous wood for example pine trees.

Pulping process starting from raw material supply, by taking from the forest industry plant and then stored for the purpose of weathering and raw material inventory. Wood is ready to be processed is called the log. Then log in with the skin peeled shaped tool called Drum drum barker .

And how about 'wood chipping' ?  Have you ever heard about it?

Well, wood chipping is a process used to obtain pulp and paper products from forest trees.

First of all, the tops and branches of the trees are cut out and then the logs are taken to the mill. At the mill the bark of the logs is removed and the logs are taken to a chipper which cuts them into small pieces called woodchips. Taken from shelters with chip conveyor to cooking vessel (digester). Steam cooked in several stages . First in steamed (presteamed), then the new heated with steam in steaming vessel. Chips in cooking with cooking liquid called cooking liquor .

The next stage after having prepared pulp is then washed in order to separate the remainder of the cooking liquid and reduce the impact on the environment. The woodchips are then screened to remove dirt and other impurities.

Hmm, woodchips at this stage they are either exported in this form or changed into the pulp by chemicals and heat.

The next process in the pulp filter (screaning) to be free from material impurities can reduce the quality of the pulp.
This screening process there are two stages, namely coarse screening and fine screening.
The end of the screening process is the removal sand cyclones which serves to separate the sand from the pulp.

Then the pulp is mixed with oxygen (O₂) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in the delignification tower before washing in the washer.
The purpose of this mixing is to reduce the use of chemicals in the bleaching stage (bleacing), reduced lignin content, as well as whiten pulp .

Oh, I almost forgot, the pulp is then bleached and the water content is removed. Pulp is then bleached (bleacing) with chemicals in the process to achieve the degree of whiteness bleacing appropriate ISO standards.

Finally, the pulp is rolled out  to make paper.
Pulp is then stored or sent to the paper machine to be processed into paper.

Considering the complexity of making paper, let's appreciate any paper on our hands.

 Use it more effectively.

Thank you for listening.  (。◕‿◕。)
Bye.

Hello, good morning... all my friends...   ƪ( ˇ▼ˇ)ʃ

Ok. I want to explain about  Human Respiratory System "

The first, breathing in, the air is filtered by nose strill, the air is filtered by nose hairs, after that the air go to pharynx, then to larynx, and then to trachea, after that the air through to bronchi, then to bronchioles, and then to alveolar.

After this inflation brings air from outside the body into the lungs.
So, oxygen in the air moves from the lungs through blood vessels to the heart, which pumps the oxygen-rich blood to all parts of the body.

Oxygen then moves from the bloodstream into cells,
which completes the first phase of respiration.

After oxygen pumps to all parts,
of then oxygen go to diaphragm through blood stream and
in the diaphragm the oxygen exchange be CO₂. In the cells,
oxygen is used in a separate energy producing, process called cellular respiration,
which produces carbon dioxide as a byproduct.

Finally, in the lungs, breathing out or exhalation removes carbon dioxide from the body, thus completing the respiration cycle.
